Below are the three ways in which you can use our technical solutions. The first two are what we call Re-Active solutions (what the industry standard is today) and the final option is our Pro-Active solution.
Option 1 Re-Active
Hourly Payments
Any project requiring phone, remote and/or on-site service will be charged at an hourly rate, with a minimum charge of one hour. Travel charges will apply for all on-site service.
Unlike our competators, Uptime Technical Solutions does not charge overtime, holiday, evening, weekend or other surcharge rates to our regular customers. All work is performed at the same flat hourly fee!

Option 2 Re-Active
Service Contracts
A Service Contract can be purchased up front, which, when billed against the Service Contract, will result in a reduced hourly rate. Travel charges will apply and be deducted against the Service Contract. Rules of service are the same as OPTION 1.

Option 3 Pro-Active
Maintenance Contracts
Think of this as your own in-house computer technician
without all the employee expenses.
The Pro-Active system works much like a usual insurance policy combined with a maintenance plan. For a flat monthly premium, our technicians perform remote network monitoring and maintenance 3 times per week. We ensure that your backups, antivirus and other critical components are working properly, as well as monitor the server self-diagnostics reports for any signs of hardware failure. Then once a month we come in the off-hours, so as to not disrupt you from your daily operations, and perform on-site software updates, hardware diagnostics, backup recovery tests and even vacuum your servers and workstations to prolong their life spans.
Under the Pro-Active plan, if and when a problem does occur you are covered! Travel and hourly charges do not apply! Instead the job is handled on a per-incident basis with a small co-pay depending on the priority of the problem, which you get to choose!
*Low Priority refers to any technical issues that can be resolved the next time that we come out on-site.
**Medium Priority refers to any technical issues that can be resolved inside of 2 to 3 business days and will be billed at a flat $25 fee.
***High Priority refers to any technical issues that have to be resolved ASAP and will be billed at a flat $50 fee.
